Very early on, the company founder realized that our Nuremberg gingerbread deserved to be known far beyond the city limits. It didn’t take long before he turned his hobby into a profession at a young age—shipping gingerbread to family and friends. It certainly helps that he bakes his years of experience into every part of the company as a key ingredient. Oh yes, his favorite motto is not without reason: we can get it done.
When she’s not keeping track of everything in production like a little whirlwind, she always has an open ear for all matters of our little gingerbread family. It’s no coincidence that she is also known as the company mom.
Originally coming from housekeeping, it didn’t take long for her to develop a passion for the art of gingerbread. Since then, she has made sure every day that each gingerbread not only tastes especially good, but also that every customer receives an unforgettable, delicious product.
When she’s not treating us to the most delicious homemade pralines (unfortunately not for sale), the trained confectioner’s heart not only beats for our gingerbread, but she also cheerfully dedicates herself to our colorful world of numbers and the back office.
