At the first German-Singapore trade fair "S01" in Singapore, gingerbread hearts were personalized on demand or decorated by visitors themselves as a major attraction over a six-week period. This campaign was a gift from the organizer to the trade fair visitors. Additionally, three daily lectures on gingerbread production were held.

Dear Mr. Berster,

I finally found the time to give you feedback on the gingerbread campaign at the Christmas party in December. It was a very large children’s Christmas party for an international bank with over 400 children. The DIY gingerbread stars were the highlight of the event. The kids, together with their parents, absolutely loved them. We did not expect such a huge success. We could barely keep up with producing enough icing. I also have a suggestion for future events: the amount of icing should be increased, as children use it very generously when decorating on their own – and that’s what makes it the most fun.

The client definitely wants to repeat the gingerbread activity for this year’s Christmas party, but instead of 250 we will likely need 300 or even more.
