Who Are We?

Our family bakery set itself the goal in 2003 to create delicious gingerbread variations. The focus is on the gingerbread heart, which we produce in many sizes and fully customized for our customers - whether it’s personalized lettering, an edible company logo, or specific color combinations - we can bake just about any wish you have ;-)

With the great support of our customers over the years, the popularity of our specialized products has steadily grown, making us one of the leading companies today.

What Do We Do?

In addition to our creative and personalized gingerbread creations, we also offer the classic Christmas gingerbread – the “Nuremberg Elisen Lebkuchen.” Because only with this rich and delicious gingerbread aroma does the holiday season truly feel like Christmas.

Our assortment is completed by moist stollen and other freshly baked Christmas pastries.
