Genuine Lebkuchenherz (Gingerbread Heart) just like from the well-known Octoberfest in Munich.

 
Every gingerbread heart has a design fitting to the saying and colour.  

 

  • Thank you phrase written in German
  • foil shrinked with a ribbon

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, palm fat,
raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate), spices,
gelatin, caramel sugar syrup, acidifier (citric acid).
Decor: sugar, egg white, lemon juice,
dyes in the glaze: E100, E102 *, E110 *, E122 *, E129 *, E131, E133, E150, E151.
