Finest Nuremberg Oblaten Gingerbread with 25% oilseeds, glazed and chocolate-coated, with chocolate-coated gingerbread containing 10% chocolate
Ingredients:
Oilseeds (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts), sugar, water, wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, fig paste, humectants: glycerin, sorbitol; whole egg, cocoa mass, spices, cinnamon, lemon peel, anhydrous milk fat, honey, apricot purée, potato starch, dried egg white, semolina, leavening agent: sodium carbonates; cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid; acidity regulator: potassium citrates; salt, emulsifier: lecithins; glucose syrup, whole milk powder, gelling agent: pectins; pea protein, rice flour, thickener: gum arabic; natural flavouring.
