1.1 Shipping information
Here you can determine to what address the order shall be shipped. If you decide to choose our Giftservice(different shipping and billing address) then you just have to change the shipping address.
1.2 Method of payment
Here you can change your billing address, because the address you provided in the registration is set default.
- Here you can choose the method of payment, described into detail at point '2' beneath.
1.3 Confirmation
Here you find your provided information, if those are correct and complete please click on "Order" to send the order and activate it in the same moment!
1.4 Done
As soon as you get to this page, your order is successfully forwarded to us.

Here you have to add shipping and handling. Please gather those from the shipping and handling table [here]

After finishing up the order process we ask you to transfer / send the money, because we do not ship until cash receipt
2.1.2 C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)
Here you pay on delivery of the packet. To this you have to add C.O.D. charges, which you can gather from the C.O.D. charges table in [shipping & handling]

2.2 Pick-Up at our storage
Usually you can pick up the products one day after the order. You will be informed by email. No shipping and handling will be charged!
2.2.1 Check / Money Order
After confirmation of the order we ask you to transfer/send the money immediately. As soon as we received the money you can pick up your ordered products.
2.2.2 Cash
DDirectly at pick-up you can pay the ordered products.
