Sugar icing white for writing

Ideal for labeling, gluing and crafting with pastries and cakes. Our white icing for writing comes in handy tubes, so you can just pick up the tube of icing like you would a pen and draw custom writing and patterns with ease.

Sugar writing that hardens

A short drying time allows the sugar to start hardening after just 1 hour. After approx. 12-24 hours the sugar writing is then completely hardened.

Ideal for any pastry but also fondant. Holds on pastries with chocolate icing and pastries with fondant
On cream or surfaces that are moist, they are only suitable to a limited extent, as the sugar cannot harden and melt. The same goes for heat.

Buy sugar writing or make it yourself?

Of course you can also make sugar icing yourself, but most households do not have the right ingredients to mix it.
